Terms of Use (EULA)

By accessing or using the Beauty Book mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement is concluded between you and ARTUR CANGUSSU BATISTA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA.

1. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscription Terms (Apple & Google)

Beauty Book offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. The following rules apply:

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Account Settings on the App Store or Play Store after purchase.

3. Intellectual Property

The software code, design, and databases are the exclusive property of ARTUR CANGUSSU BATISTA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA. Unauthorized reverse engineering or extraction of source code is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any business interruptions or loss of data arising from the use of the platform. The professional is solely responsible for the quality of services provided to their end clients.
