This Privacy Policy applies to the Beauty Book mobile application and its associated web services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), owned and operated by ARTUR CANGUSSU BATISTA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA ("Service Provider"), a legal entity registered in Brazil under CNPJ 65.202.555/0001-61.

1. Data Collection and Use

We collect information to provide core functionality, improve our scheduling services, and offer financial management tools for beauty professionals.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our Service, to perform Service-related tasks, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These include:

Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication (Firebase Auth), cloud database (Firestore), and asset storage.
Google/Firebase Analytics: Used to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Meta (Facebook) SDK: Used solely to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
RevenueCat / App Store / Play Store: To process and validate your premium subscriptions.

3. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard security measures and encrypted communication (HTTPS/SSL) to protect your personal information during transmission and storage. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Users have the Right to be Forgotten.

To delete your data: Open the App > Settings (Configurações) > Tap "Delete my Account" (Excluir minha conta). This action will immediately and irreversibly remove your personal data from our active databases.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
